Q. Does everyone need to sign a waiver?
A. YES. Any age can do the Haunted Houses but all guests age 13 and up must complete a digital waiver before checking in at the Ticket Booth. When you buy your tickets online, you are sent a direct link. If you arrive without it completed, you must do it before checking in. It is simple, easy and similar to other entertainment waivers for jump parks, fitness centers or concerts. Age 12 & under can still go through like normal but don’t need a completed form.
Q. I know it's best to buy online but can I still buy tickets onsite?
A. YES, you can still buy tickets onsite with cash, debit or credit card. However, all walk-up tickets are more expensive onsite. Also, you may experience a wait at the Ticket Booth as Online Reservations are given priority. Please buy in advance online if possible to save yourself time and money.
Q. Are the attractions OPEN if it's raining, or has rained today?
A. YES. We will NOT close due to rain. We have found the rain only adds to the atmosphere. Please see the calendar for our open dates. If we must close due to EXTREME weather, we will email all ticket holders at least 1 hour before the normal opening time (at the very latest). But we very rarely close due to rain.
Q. I came to Frightmare Manor Last year, is there anything new?
A. Yes! If you’ve been to Frightmare Manor the past few years, you know how much changes firsthand! Our crew works year-round to transform the Jeremiah Lexer Plantation into a Terrifying, All-New Experience every year for our victims!
Q. Can I take photo/video within the haunts?
A. No, unless given express permission in advance.
Q. What do you sell on site at Frightmare Manor?
A. We sell Sodas & Water at our Gift Shop But Our “Behind The Screams” CABANA Offers Free S’mores & Drinks With Exclusive Firepits. We also sell Souvenir Frightmare Manor items including shirts, sweatshirts, shot glasses, hats bags, souvenir cups and lots more collectibles!
Q. If I get too scared, can I get a refund?
A. No. There will be no refunds given for any reason, online or onsite.
Q. What is VIP & Immediate Entry?
A. VIP allows access to a separate waiting line for both haunted attractions, resulting in less wait time. Immediate Entry ensures your group is the very next group in, resulting in no wait time.
Q. Will I get a ticket if I'm in the ticket booth line at closing time?
A. Yes. If you are in the ticket booth line at closing time, you WILL receive your ticket. Buy your tickets in advance before arriving. All attractions stay open until the final victim is slaughtered or escapes. If you arrive at the Ticket Booth after closing time, you will not be allowed entry.
